Aug 3, 2022

In continuation of C4Y and its partners endeavor to empower the WASH Champs on contemporary issues and to upskill them, C4Y is organising next workshop in the series on CPR and First-Aid. The workshop on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 is being organised in partnership with Phoenix Training Institute, Sabka Doctor Foundation and American Safety Health Institute.

The purpose of the workshop is for WASH Champs to be more conscious of safety in the Pink Centres, leading to a reduced number of accidents and injuries. Establishing a good first aid response and putting safety measures in place can help prevent accidents from occurring in the Pink Centres. By ensuring that WASH Champs receive the most important capacity building in first aid and are equipped with the right first aid equipment and supplies, we can create a safer work environment for everyone.

The workshop will be conducted by renowned Dr Jeetender Singh Bansal, M D Physician. He is certified by American Safety Health Institute (ASHI) and have eight years of experience in ward, emergency and ICU. He has trained more than 8000 people in BLS, ACLS, PALS and First Aid.
